Nicole has over 25+ years of experience in facilitating complex change from a cultural transformation perspective. She focuses her work on creating meaningful change from a whole system perspective, and in developing leadership for the future.
Her passion is working with values and levels of consciousness as the vehicle through which leaders connect with their purpose and passion. Clients respect her for quickly understanding and addressing the underlying patterns of organizational- and team dynamics and translate this to what that means on a personal level. Through the Fearless Organization, Nicole works in partnership with Amy Edmondson, a Harvard Business School professor specialised in building psychologically safe workplaces.
